meet our farmers

Our farmers have fewer cows per hectare than other, larger dairies, which helps to lower our overall emissions. These cows are 100% free range, and graze happily amongst our farmers’ beautifully lush, South Australian pastures. But, while our dairy farms have lower carbon footprints than the average dairy farm, our sustainability journey doesn’t stop there.

Our commitment to promoting the health, wellbeing and future of our environment continues as we aim to reduce our carbon footprint even further, all the way down to net zero!

Meet Warren

The difference starts with the milk, which comes from a small local farm, where Warren the dairy farmer knows his cows by name. There are around 300 of them, not the thousands you'll find on a big operation, and that care shows up in the quality of everything we make.

That's the whole idea behind Adelaide Hills Dairies: high-quality products made from milk produced in South Australia, made with ingredients we're proud to put our name to.
