Our Bio-dynamic Fetta is firm in texture and has a mild flavour, not too salty, yet slightly tangy. We make it carefully in the traditional style with certified bio-dynamic organic milk. Deliberately gentle processing methods and a keen eye from our cheese makers throughout the process maintain its high quality.
